1. Nature of Our Services

By booking a reading or session with Fortuna Astrology & Tarot, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Readings are provided for entertainment, spiritual exploration, reflection, and/or personal insight.
• Readings are not guarantees of future events.
• You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
• We are not providing medical, legal, financial, or mental-health professional advice. If you are facing a medical, legal, financial, or mental-health issue, please consult a licensed professional.

2. Payment Processing via Stripe

All payments on our platform are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Fortuna Astrology & Tarot to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated through Stripe without first contacting us for resolution, your account and access to all digital assets (PDFs, videos) will be immediately suspended.

3. Delivery of Services & Digital Goods

Live Google Meet Sessions

A live session is considered fully delivered if the client fails to show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. No refunds or free rescheduling will be issued for missed appointments (“no-shows”) without 24 hours’ prior notice.

Pre-Recorded Video Readings

Delivery is completed the moment a secure streaming link or download access is granted or sent to the client via email or your account dashboard.

PDF Document Reports

PDF astrology charts or tarot analysis reports are classified as digital downloads. Delivery is finalized immediately upon the generation and electronic transmission of the document file.

4. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All PDF reports, custom video recordings, and live call content provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Fortuna Astrology & Tarot. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You strictly agree not to resell, distribute, publicly broadcast (including on social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram), or commercially exploit any video, audio, or written materials provided during your reading without explicit written consent.

5. Technical Disclaimer & Limitations

While we strive for seamless digital delivery, Fortuna Astrology & Tarot is not liable for technical anomalies, internet outages, or software glitches on Google Meet or third-party hosting networks. If a live call is disconnected due to a technical error on our end, we will reschedule the remaining time at no additional cost. If the disruption occurs on the client’s end, the session will be billed at the standard rate, and rescheduling is at our sole discretion.

6. Booking, Rescheduling, and the 48-Hour Cancellation Window

All live Google Meet sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform. We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy to respect the practitioner’s time and schedule.

• Changes outside 48 hours: You may reschedule your live session or request a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Changes within 48 hours: Any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or modifications made less than 48 hours prior to the session start time are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for free.
• Late arrivals & no-shows: If you are late for a live Google Meet call, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you fail to join the call within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a “No-Show,” the appointment will be forfeited, and no refund or complimentary booking will be issued.

7. One-Time Purchase Policy & No-Subscription Guarantee

All products, reports, video recordings, and live sessions offered on this platform are processed as standalone, one-time transactions. By completing a purchase via Stripe, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are authorizing a single, non-recurring charge to your payment method for the exact amount displayed at checkout.
2. This platform does not enroll you in any automatic renewals, recurring memberships, or hidden subscription fees.
3. Each subsequent service or digital report must be manually initiated and authorized by you in a separate transaction.
4. Once a one-time purchase is finalized and delivery has commenced (either via a live call start, video dispatch, or PDF generation), the sale is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the spiritual insights or predictions provided.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reading or create an account.
